Walking into the grocery store today, I saw a 230i with two baby seats in the back. My wife remarked that the owner must have just recently had kids. Ended up walking out behind the owners, a husband and wife with a 2 and 4 year old!
Bravo Mr & Mrs BMW owners! If those aren’t enthusiasts, I’m a banana!

Why not both?

2 and 4 is good. That means they are both in forward facing car seats or boosters. It’s the rear facing seats that force parents to make a deal with the devil.

I have a booster seat in the back of my 328i coupe for my 4 year old stepdaughter. There’s decent backseat room for children in mine, though I am not sure how much of a difference in interior room there is between the 2 and 3 series coupes.

How short were these breeders?

The man was maybe 6 ft at most and the woman 5'5" - 5'6". He was a bit taller than me and she was a bit taller than my wife

Impressive. I’m 6'1" and my wife is 5'2", so maybe the 2-series (M2) is actually an option for me down the road... Kids will only get bigger, though!

The sweet spot is 2-8, they’re still small but don’t need the giant car seats

Mine are 10, 8 & 4.
And the 2 series only has 4 seat belts, so...

Looks like you need the 4 series lol

I’ve got an E90 now. Maybe I’ll just keep it forever.

Oh geez! The only thing better than the E90 is the E91! I’d hang on to it until you drive something better
